CHINA HI-TECH（JIANGXI）TEXTILE DESIGN INSTITUTE CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as CHJTDI) grows out of Jiangxi Design Institute of Light & Chemical Industry (founded in 1958), which, as one of the early comprehensive design institutes, mainly undertook engineering design in chemical industry, light industry, medical & textile industry as well as in civil engineering. In 1980, upon the approval by the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Textile Industrial Design & Research Institute (JTDI) was separated from Jiangxi Design Institute of Light & Chemical Industry and was established, affiliated to  Jiangxi Bureau of Textile Industry, the predecessor of Jiangxi Textile Group Company. In September 2010, in accordance with the state-owned property right document [2010] No.954--“The official and written reply to the relevant problems regarding the free transfer of the state-owned property of Jiangxi Textile Industrial Design & Research Institute” by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, JTDI formally entered CHINA HI-TECH GROUP CORPORATION CO., LTD. and was renamed as CHJTDI in April 2011, with its present address at No. 966 (northern door), the 5th Gaoxin road, Nanchang high-tech development zone, Nanchang, Jiangxi  province.
CHJTDI has a registered capital of 15,538,700 Yuan RMB. Its business scope covers engineering design, consultation, supervision and general contracting.
Engineering Supervision Center of CHJTDI was established in 1997. It has undertaken about 100 projects of engineering supervision, including large-scale industrial projects, office buildings, teaching buildings, guest houses, department stores, residential blocks, water supply & sewerage, and waste water treatment over the decade. The excellent engineering quality of all those projects has won their owners’ favorable comments thanks to its service, honest and professional.
Jiangxi Taide Engineering Co. Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHJTDI, founded in 2006. Its principal business includes the engineering general contracting of automatic control engineering and waste gas & waste water treatment engineering for viscose staple fiber factories and the spread of new technologies in the treatment for the protection of the environment.
Recent years, CHJTDI has been devoting all its energy to raising the technology of the key products to a higher level and actively pushing forward the transformation of new scientific and technological achievements. In doing so, it has accumulated a plenty of practical experience in viscose staple fiber production. Therefore, the Institute is appointed by the Ministry of Construction as a chief maker of “Design Norm of Viscose Staple Fiber Factory” and a participant in drawing up “Fire-Protection Norm of Textile Engineering”, etc.
